Key Responsibilities
- Assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of the team responsible for HVAC, firefighting, electrical, mechanical, material-handling equipment and civil maintenance.
- Monitor and control parts supplies and equipment.
- Assist the technical team in analyzing and solving operational problems.
- Organize planned preventive and corrective maintenance across all trades.
- Monitor work activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the team and follow up on work communications and emails.
- Prepare documents, statements and technical proposals that support a smooth transition of work.
- Submit updated project-status schedules and prepare project reports.
- Manage budgets and costs for facilities-management functions.
- Create and manage systems for material procurement, storage and dispatch using barcode scanning and software.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
- Supervise facilities personnel and external contractors.
