- Lead technical design, proposal development and client engagement for integrated security and IT systems.
- Engage with clients and MEP main contractors to identify requirements and propose Access Control, CCTV and IT solutions.
- Attend pre-tender, technical and presales meetings at client offices or on-site.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, BOMs and manpower/material pricing.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions, diagrams and system architectures.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept demos, pilot projects and technical documentation handover.

- Experience with Access Control, CCTV, VoIP, Data Networks, PA Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Fire Safety Solutions and BMS.
- Relevant vendor certifications in Low Voltage Systems are preferred.
- Strong IT literacy using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- English is required; Arabic is preferred. Article 18 transferable visa for expatriates.
