Role Summary | ملخص الدور
Lead performance management and rewards processes, including KPI/KPO cycles, OKR cascading, incentives, executive reporting and performance analytics.

Main Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Manage annual performance cycles, KPI/KPO setting, reviews and evaluations.
- Develop scorecards, dashboards, executive reports and performance insights.
- Support rewards allocation, incentive processes, digital performance systems and automation initiatives.

Requirements | المتطلبات
- Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, finance or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years in performance management, rewards, organizational development or HR analytics.
- Strong KPI/OKR, dashboard, incentive, advanced Excel, analytics and communication skills.
- بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة الأداء أو المكافآت أو التطوير المؤسسي أو تحليلات الموارد البشرية.
- مهارات قوية في KPI/OKR ولوحات المتابعة والحوافز وإكسل المتقدم والتحليل والتواصل.
