Job Overview: The Junior Supply Chain Intern role is part of Roche Kuwait early in career program. It supports supply chain activities such as order review, warehouse coordination, customer order support, inventory updates, order status monitoring, returns or exchanges, stock replenishment, and product update communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer order details, including materials, prices, and quantities, to support accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to help ensure that orders are processed correctly.
- Contact customers to help resolve order and delivery-related issues.
- Process orders by updating inventory levels and pricing information.
- Monitor order status and update customer records with shipping details and tracking numbers.
