:Required for Leading Stock Brokerage Company in Kuwait
Customer Service / Operations Officer (Service Center Stock Broker)
:Candidate must meet the following requirements
Male-
- Preferred nationality: Arabs, Kuwaiti or GCC
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Written and Verbal)
- Presentable, with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and business etiquette
- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Banking & Finance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations, Sales and Customer Service in Investments and Brokerage Sector.
- Knowledge of bylaws and regulation of Kuwait Stock Market (Boursa Kuwait, CMA & KCC-Maqasa)
- Basic computer applications knowledge. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, scanning etc…)
- Holding a transferable residency and valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
