Required Social Media Graphic Designer
To create engaging and creative graphics for a variety of media. Must know the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, animations. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of social media posts and ads, websites, OOHs, product packaging, events and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop illustrations, artworks, logos, brand collaterals, animations and other designs.
• Create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on client requirements and discuss the same with concerned team members to obtain recommendations and make necessary amendments.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and according to brand guidelines.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Excellent design and artist abilities.
• Understand the design challenges of individual projects, able to provide creative solutions to problems.
• Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and other graphic design and editing softwares.
• Knowledge of social media needs and the trends in Kuwait.
• Strong communication skills, and able to provide clear feedback and honest appraisals of others.
• Resourcefulness in creating content, utilizing program expertise and online research to achieve a high quality finished content in short time frame.
• Knowledge of content marketing.
• Technical social media platform knowledge such as limitations of platforms (dimensions, formats, rules).
• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
• Male and can work under pressure and for extended amounts of time.
• Must be willing to work from home also and having a PC/Laptop at home.
• BSc degree in design/Art or related field.
• Arabic Language is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography is a plus.
