JOB OBJECTIVE
The Marketing Assistant/Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager and support the wider corporate marketing and graphics team on a wide
range of activities.
DUTIES
- Assist the Marketing Manager and supporting wider team with day-to-day duties and across marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with the preparation and production of marketing materials and literature
- Conducting research projects to support marketing programmes
- Prepare draft correspondence and marketing materials. Coordinate the preparation of reports, proposals and other materials
- Proof reading material for content and accuracy
- Provide support for internal events, conferences and exhibitions as required
- Manage events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Manage publishing and content schedule for Intranet, social media and marketing campaigns
- Write articles and promotional material for the company
- Act as a brand champion to maintain consistency of published material against guidelines
- Update and maintain the marketing department’s documentation and databases.

- A degree in marketing (not essential but an advantage)
- Relevant sector experience with an architecture and / or engineering consultancy background
- Personable, presentable and articulate
- Effective project management skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office. Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop is desirable
- Strong administration and organisational skills
