Part-time Assistant Vacancy in Kuwait

Responsibilities:

1. Draft and respond to email correspondence

2. Making calls for inquires and scheduling appointments

3. Creating a filing system and keeping records of all payments invoices and sales receipts

4. Making copies of payments received and invoices for the accountant and auditor

5. Delivering documents to auditor monthly

6. Creating sheets with products names and prices

7. Creating delivering and receiving sheets for items delivered to other shops

8. Creating monthly inventory list for each shop as well as those currently in possession of the company.

9. Making monthly visits to shops we associate with and take note of inventory

10. Making sure products are readily available for sale. Keeping accurate inventory of every product sold by the company

11. Send items for repair when they are damaged or need re- plating

12. Must know how to operate POS software and make regular updates of the list of items on the software. This will also be taught if hired.

13. Must be creative and have the ability to manage social media accounts

14. Will at times be asked to create and design invitation card, power point presentation and the like.

15. Able to Interact with suppliers when needed

Requirements:

1. Must be female

2. Resident of Kuwait

3. Good written and spoken English and Arabic

4. Experience in sales and administration is a plus

5. Able to work under pressure.
