Marketing Manager

· Develop marketing strategies and annual plans.

· Develop marketing plan for existing and new brands.

· Ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s objectives.

Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, promotional programs, and sales action plans.
Direct the tasks to the marketing team on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Negotiate and supervise implementation of media contracts in coordination with the Media Executive and Marketing team.

· Oversee the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional material.

· Respond to inquiries from media, in coordination with the marketing team and arrange interviews with journalists, oversee and monitor news releases and make statements to the media.

· Write, edit and arrange the production of newsletters, in-house magazines, brochures, and flyers.

· Supervise the Media Executive on layouts and help prepare sales and marketing programs.

· Coordinate all exhibition & promotion activities with sales Manager and Brand Managers, including proper use of in-store signs advertising and promotion materials.

· Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotion staff, agencies and activities.
Make decisions with regard to products such as labeling, packaging, and display
Coordinate and develop the marketing activities of the company over the Internet, email and other electronic media, including online promotions, sales, and communication.

· Seek trends and provide insights to the management whether that would be new business trends, idea, location, that may boost the customer base.

Ensure that all PR, Marketing, Business Development, Creative content needs of the group and its brands are met on time and of the quality standard set by the company.
· Carrie out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regards to the job.
