Call Center & Customer Services Representatives
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails,
WhatsApp, and such.
- Provide high-quality customer service on every call. - Calling for undelivered shipments and obtaining new addresses.
-Monitoring reverse pick up & arranging reverse by coordinating with OPS.
- Preparing reports and sending them to customers. - Presiding returned shipments and following up with operations.
- Candidate should be bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Local hiring only, with a transferable visa.
