المسؤوليات
القيادة التشخيصية: (المسجلين) الإشراف على الفحوصات المخبرية المتخصصة في الكيمياء الحيوية أو الأحياء الدقيقة، وضمان دقة النتائج لدعم قرارات الفريق الطبي.
الرعاية والتمريض: (هيئة التمريض) تقديم رعاية تمريضية شاملة، وضمان سلامة المرضى، وإدارة الأدوية والمراقبة السريرية وفقاً لأرقى البروتوكولات الدولية.
نزاهة البيانات الطبية: (الترميز الطبي) تحويل الخدمات والإجراءات الطبية والتشخيصات إلى رموز معيارية، وضمان دقة التوثيق السريري والامتثال لمتطلبات الفوترة.
التعاون الطبي: العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق يضم الأطباء والأخصائيين والموظفين الإداريين لضمان تجربة مهنية وسلسة للمرضى.
الالتزام بالجودة: اتباع معايير اللجنة الدولية المشتركة (JCI) والمعايير الوطنية للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة وخالية من العدوى.
المتطلبات
المؤهلات المهنية: الحصول على الدرجات العلمية، تراخيص التمريض، أو شهادات الترميز الطبي المهنية ذات الصلة بكل وظيفة.
خبرة تخصصية: سجل حافل بالخبرة في المستشفيات أو المختبرات الطبية؛ ويفضل لوظيفة الترميز الطبي وجود خبرة سابقة داخل القطاع الصحي في الكويت.
الإتقان التقني: الخبرة في استخدام أنظمة معلومات المستشفيات (HIS) والأجهزة المخبرية المتخصصة.
السمات الشخصية: مهارات تحليلية قوية، تواصل فعال، ونهج مهني يضع مصلحة المريض في المقام الأول.

المسؤوليات
تقديم الدعم الفني والسريري للأطباء أثناء الإجراءات العلاجية.
تعقيم الأدوات الطبية وتجهيز العيادة وفق معايير الجودة الصحية.
رعاية المرضى وتقديم الإرشادات اللازمة لهم قبل وبعد العلاج.
المتطلبات
ترخيص ساري المفعول من وزارة الصحة الكويتية (MOH License).
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تمريض الأسنان.
إقامة قابلة للتحويل مع الجاهزية التامة للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
