Responsibilities

• Orthodontist: Diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities; develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients of all ages.

• Dermatologist: Provide expert care for skin, hair, and nail conditions; perform specialized dermatological procedures and consultations.

• Secretary: Manage daily administrative operations, coordinate patient scheduling, and maintain efficient office workflows within the healthcare environment.

• Communication: Facilitate professional interaction between patients and medical staff, ensuring high-quality organizational standards.

Requirements

• Orthodontist: Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) with 3–5 years of relevant experience; valid Kuwaiti License is highly preferred.

• Dermatologist: Master’s Degree in Dermatology with a minimum of 5+ years of experience; Kuwait-based experience is preferred.

• Secretary: Arab national with proven administrative/secretarial experience; strong organizational skills and healthcare sector experience are preferred.

• General: High professional standards and commitment to medical ethics.

المسؤوليات

• أخصائي تقويم الأسنان: تشخيص وعلاج عيوب وإطباق الأسنان والوجه؛ وضع خطط علاجية شاملة للمرضى من مختلف الفئات العمرية.

• أخصائي الجلدية: تقديم رعاية متخصصة لحالات الجلد والشعر والأظافر؛ إجراء العمليات والارشاد الطبي الجلدي المتخصص.

• السكرتيرة: إدارة العمليات الإدارية اليومية، تنسيق مواعيد المرضى، وضمان سير العمل المكتبي بكفاءة داخل البيئة الصحية.

• التواصل: تسهيل التعامل المهني بين المرضى والطاقم الطبي، وضمان الحفاظ على معايير تنظيمية عالية.

المتطلبات

• أخصائي تقويم الأسنان: درجة الماجستير في جراحة الأسنان (MDS) مع خبرة 3-5 سنوات؛ الأفضلية لمن يحمل ترخيصاً كويتياً سارياً.

• أخصائي الجلدية: درجة الماجستير في تخصص الجلدية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات؛ يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة داخل الكويت.

• السكرتيرة: جنسية عربية مع خبرة مثبتة في المهام الإدارية والسكرتارية؛ مهارات تنظيمية قوية ويفضل خبرة سابقة في القطاع الصحي.

• عام: الالتزام التام بالمعايير المهنية وأخلاقيات العمل الطبي.
