UAPCO – Messenger / Mandoop (Urgent)

We are looking for an experienced Messenger / Mandoop to handle public relations and government-related work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with government offices (Shoon, PACI, Immigration, Medical, Traffic, Municipality, etc.)
• Processing employee documents: residencies, work permits, Civil ID, medicals
• Submitting and collecting documents from ministries and authorities
• Coordinating with PRO and HR department
• Following up on approvals and official transactions
• Maintaining records of submitted and completed work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Mandoop / PRO in Kuwait
• Good knowledge of Kuwait government procedures
• Arabic speaking mandatory (English is an advantage)
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
• Transferable Article 18 visa
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

المهام الوظيفية:

• التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية (الشؤون، PACI، الهجرة، الطبية، المرور، البلدية، إلخ)
• معالجة مستندات الموظفين: الإقامات، تصاريح العمل، البطاقة المدنية، الفحوصات الطبية
• تقديم وجمع المستندات من الوزارات والجهات الرسمية
• التنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية وPRO
• متابعة الموافقات والمعاملات الرسمية
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات الأعمال المقدمة والمنجزة

الشروط:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات كمندوب / PRO في الكويت
• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الحكومة الكويتية
• إجادة اللغة العربية (إجادة الإنجليزية ميزة)
• يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة كويتية
• إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل
• الأمانة والموثوقية والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
