Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum of 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant procurement function.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Candidates with "K-Company" experience are highly preferred.

• Ability to work under a Secondment Contract.

• Deep understanding of tender laws and directives (IPC, HPC, KPC, CAPT).

Responsibilities

• Supporting procurement activities by reviewing technical tasks and preparing comprehensive tender documents.

• Managing the full contract lifecycle: soliciting, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to finalize agreements.

• Operating and managing the Contract Management System (CMS) for effective administration.

• Coordinating with Internal Audit (IA) and State Audit Bureau (SAB) auditors to prepare year-end reports and responses.  ↚  

• Assisting in department budget preparation while ensuring strict conformity with corporate guidelines.

• فهم عميق لقوانين المناقصات وتوجيهات (IPC, HPC, KPC, CAPT).

مسئوليات

• دعم أنشطة المشتريات من خلال مراجعة المهام الفنية وإعداد وثائق المناقصات الشاملة.

• إدارة دورة حياة العقود كاملة: طلب العروض، التقييم، والتفاوض مع الموردين لإتمام الاتفاقيات.

• تشغيل وإدارة نظام إدارة العقود (CMS) لضمان الإدارة الفعالة.

• التنسيق مع مدققي الحسابات الداخليين وديوان المحاسبة (SAB) لإعداد تقارير نهاية العام والردود التدقيقية.

• المساعدة في إعداد ميزانية القسم مع ضمان المطابقة التامة للإرشادات المؤسسية.
