Responsibilities

• HSE Oversight: Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures to ensure a zero-harm workplace.

• Risk Management: Conduct site inspections and risk assessments specifically within refinery and oilfield environments.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations align with local and international safety regulations and industry standards.

• Technical Support: Provide specialized guidance in industrial hygiene, environmental protection, or medical support (for Male Nurses) on-site.

• Incident Prevention: Lead safety briefings and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards during daily operations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Relevant academic degrees and professional certifications in the HSE field.

• Experience: Minimum experience as per Oil & Gas industry standards; previous refinery experience is highly preferred.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of HSE regulations, protocols, and safety management systems.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait.

• Availability: Immediate availability to join the team will be considered a significant advantage.
