Waiter / Waitress
What we need from you
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable moments for guests.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Housekeeping Attendant
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Room Attendant, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel environment, will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and room presentation.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and prolonged standing.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.
Security Guard
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring hotel premises, entrances, exits, and public areas to ensure safety and security at all times.
- Conducting regular patrols of guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and perimeter zones.
- Controlling access to the property and verifying identification when required.
- Responding promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in line with established procedures.
Front Office Agent
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery.
- Managing room assignments, billing, payments, and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
Income Auditor
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing and verifying daily revenue from all outlets, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other revenue centers.
- Reconciling PMS and POS transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of postings.
- Reviewing discounts, voids, allowances, rebates, and complimentary transactions for proper authorization.

ما نحتاجه منك
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التدريب الرسمي في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل، ويفضل أن تكون في فندق أو مطعم راقٍ.
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
- شخصية ودودة ومنفتحة ولديها شغف بخلق لحظات لا تُنسى للضيوف.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى في مجال تناول الطعام.
- معرفة أساسية بمعايير خدمة الأطعمة والمشروبات.
عاملة تنظيف الغرف
ما نبحث عنه:
- ستكون الخبرة السابقة كعامل نظافة غرف أو عامل تنظيف غرف، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة فندق من فئة أربع أو خمس نجوم، ميزة إضافية.
- فهم جيد لإجراءات التنظيف ومعايير النظافة وترتيب الغرف.
- يتمتع بلياقة بدنية جيدة وقادر على أداء المهام المتكررة والوقوف لفترات طويلة.
- حس قوي بالمسؤولية والموثوقية والعمل الجماعي.
حارس أمن
تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:
- مراقبة مباني الفندق والمداخل والمخارج والمناطق العامة لضمان السلامة والأمن في جميع الأوقات.
- القيام بدوريات منتظمة في مناطق الضيوف، والمساحات الخلفية، والمناطق المحيطة.
- التحكم في الوصول إلى العقار والتحقق من الهوية عند الاقتضاء.
- الاستجابة الفورية والفعالة للحوادث والإنذارات وحالات الطوارئ بما يتماشى مع الإجراءات المعمول بها.
موظف الاستقبال
تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:
- استقبال الضيوف وإدارة عمليات تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة بدقة وكفاءة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف وطلباتهم ومخاوفهم باحترافية وفعالية في استعادة الخدمة.
- إدارة تخصيص الغرف والفواتير والمدفوعات والتعامل مع النقد وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة.
مدقق إيرادات
تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:
- التدقيق والتحقق من الإيرادات اليومية من جميع المنافذ، بما في ذلك الغرف والمأكولات والمشروبات والمنتجع الصحي ومراكز الإيرادات الأخرى.
- مطابقة معاملات نظام إدارة الممتلكات ونقاط البيع لضمان دقة واكتمال القيود المحاسبية.
- مراجعة الخصومات والإلغاءات والبدلات والحسومات والمعاملات المجانية للتأكد من صحة التفويض.
