• Audit & Oversight: Lead comprehensive inventory audits across various departments to ensure physical stock aligns perfectly with system records.

• Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, analyze, and resolve stock variances, treating every missing item as a priority to maintain financial accuracy.

• Cycle Counting: Execute rigorous cycle counting schedules with extreme attention to detail and professional seriousness.

• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on inventory health, shrinkage trends, and audit findings for management review.
