We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing delivery company.

Position: HR Executive

Industry: Delivery & Logistics

Location: Kuwait City

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations and performance management
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support payroll and attendance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• HR experience (Fresher or 1+ years, preferably in logistics/delivery sector)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

الشروط:

• بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذو صلة

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة
