Field Service Representative
What You’ll Do
Systems Installation & Integration
- Install, configure, and test Boomerang gunfire detection systems on tactical platforms (e.g., Humvees, Strykers, MRAPs).
- Integrate and sustain EUGS and related battlefield sensor suites; support PILAR or similar gunfire localization systems.
- Execute field wiring, cabling, mounting, alignment, and platform‑specific integration; perform firmware updates and system hardening.
- Support secure communications integration and COMSEC handling in accordance with policy.
Sustainment, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform PMCS and corrective maintenance on sensors, microphones, control modules, towers, and payloads.
- Conduct diagnostics, isolate faults, replace components, and execute return‑to‑service checks.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams/schematics; perform board‑level repairs as authorized.
- Track and update work orders, parts, and serial numbers using COLTS (or similar systems like RCLS) and operate within GCSS‑Army workflows.
- Perform minor generator maintenance (oil/filter changes) and basic power/grounding checks.
Training & Customer Engagement
- Train military personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Provide onsite subject‑matter expertise; document procedures, produce reports, and communicate status to leads and stakeholders.↚
- Professionally interface with customers and peers; demonstrate strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication.

تركيب وتكامل الأنظمة
- قم بتثبيت وتكوين واختبار أنظمة الكشف عن إطلاق النار من نوع بوميرانج على المنصات التكتيكية (مثل سيارات هامفي، وسترايكر، ومركبات مقاومة للألغام).
- دمج ودعم أنظمة الاستشعار EUGS ومجموعات أجهزة الاستشعار ذات الصلة في ساحة المعركة؛ ودعم أنظمة تحديد مواقع إطلاق النار PILAR أو ما شابهها.
- تنفيذ أعمال التوصيلات الكهربائية، والكابلات، والتركيب، والمحاذاة، والتكامل الخاص بالمنصة؛ وإجراء تحديثات البرامج الثابتة وتحسين أمان النظام.
- دعم تكامل الاتصالات الآمنة والتعامل مع أمن الاتصالات وفقًا للسياسة المتبعة.
الاستدامة والصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على أجهزة الاستشعار والميكروفونات ووحدات التحكم والأبراج والحمولات.

- قراءة وتفسير المخططات/الرسومات التخطيطية الفنية؛ وإجراء عمليات إصلاح على مستوى اللوحة حسب الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- تتبع وتحديث أوامر العمل والأجزاء والأرقام التسلسلية باستخدام COLTS (أو أنظمة مماثلة مثل RCLS) والعمل ضمن سير عمل GCSS-Army.
- قم بإجراء صيانة بسيطة للمولد (تغيير الزيت/الفلتر) وفحوصات أساسية للطاقة/التأريض.
التدريب والتفاعل مع العملاء
- تدريب الأفراد العسكريين على تشغيل النظام، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، وأفضل ممارسات الصيانة الوقائية.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية في الموقع؛ وتوثيق الإجراءات، وإعداد التقارير، وإبلاغ المسؤولين وأصحاب المصلحة بالوضع الراهن.
- التعامل باحترافية مع العملاء والزملاء؛ وإظهار خدمة عملاء قوية وتواصل كتابي/شفهي واضح.
