Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Oracle APEX Experience Preferred)
Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong Oracle APEX development skills to join our team in Shuwaikh. The role involves providing technical support and consulting services for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom RICE components, building Oracle APEX applications integrated with Oracle EBS, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating with functional teams and business users to deliver effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) in Oracle EBS
- Work with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow, Oracle APIs, and XML/BI Publisher for custom development and integrations
- Design and develop Oracle APEX applications that interact with Oracle EBS data and processes
Service Advisor
Role Description
- The Service Advisor is a full-time on-site role based in Shuwaikh. The role involves acting as a vital point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, assessing vehicle issues, providing accurate repair estimations, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- The Service Advisor is also responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and promoting services to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to clearly explain repairs and manage client expectations.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Coordinator in Kuwait.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes.↚
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments and prioritize tasks effectively.
