Lead Field Service Representative

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Solve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problems
• Assume lead role in maintaining troubleshooting guides/bulletins and distribution to departments when required
• Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modification and/or recommend process changes
• Conduct site surveys, product/application audits

• Inventory management of chemical delivery systems
• Collect samples for monitoring chemical program
• Deliver chemicals to customer as needed
• Conduct field evaluations of new products
• Lead appropriate pre-trial surveys for site visits↚
• Interact with appropriate internal and external customers and resources
• Maintain accurate records based on information gathered during trials and surveys

• التفاعل مع العملاء والموارد الداخلية والخارجية المناسبة
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة بناءً على المعلومات التي تم جمعها أثناء التجارب والاستطلاعات
