Medical Specialists: (2) Orthodontists & (2) Endodontists.
Nursing Staff: (3) Nurses (Dental/Medical).
Administrative: (2) Customer Service & Closing Representatives.

Requirements
For Specialists: Skilled in modern treatments (Braces/Aligners for Ortho; Root Canals for Endo). Must be patient-focused and approachable.
For Nurses: MOH License or passed Prometric Exam is mandatory. Qudra Registration and NOC from current employer are required.
For Customer Service: Fluent in Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Nationality: Indian nationality is preferred/required for Service and Nursing roles.
Experience: Previous experience in dental or medical facilities is a significant advantage.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Specialists: Deliver expert orthodontic and endodontic treatments using modern clinical procedures.
Nurses: Provide high-quality clinical support and patient care within dental/medical departments.

الإدارة والخدمة: (2) موظفي خدمة عملاء وإتمام مبيعات (Closing).

المتطلبات
للمتخصصين: مهارة في العلاجات الحديثة (التقويم والشفاف للأرثو؛ علاج العصب الحديث للإندو). يجب التحلي بأسلوب ودي مع المرضى.
للتمريض: ضرورة وجود ترخيص وزارة الصحة (MOH) أو اجتياز اختبار برومتريك. مطلوب تسجيل "قدرة" وشهادة لا ممانعة (NOC) من صاحب العمل الحالي.
لخدمة العملاء: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
الجنسية: تفضيل الجنسية الهندية لأدوار الخدمة والتمريض.
الخبرة: الخبرة السابقة في المرافق الطبية أو مراكز الأسنان تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المسؤوليات
المتخصصون: تقديم علاجات تقويم وعصب احترافية باستخدام أحدث الإجراءات الطبية.
التمريض: تقديم دعم إكلينيكي عالي الجودة ورعاية مباشرة للمرضى في أقسام الأسنان والطب العام.
خدمة العملاء: شرح الخدمات بوضوح، مساعدة العملاء باحترافية، والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان سلاسة الخدمة.
العمل الجماعي: بناء علاقات قوية مع المرضى لضمان أقصى درجات الرضا والنجاح العلاجي.
