Key Responsibilities & Technical Scope
- Installation & Repair: Installing and maintaining electrical circuits, appliances, and control devices. Expertise in technical standards for hazardous locations is mandatory.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitoring performance of motors, generators, and circuit breakers to ensure operational efficiency and identify potential hazards.
- Diagnostic Skills: Interpreting wiring diagrams and specifications to troubleshoot switchgear circuits and replace complex circuit components.
- Maintenance Protocols: Performing periodic preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including grounding systems and power conditioners.
Mandatory Requirements & Professional Profile
- Education: ITI Diploma, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct professional experience in electromechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, and alarm systems).
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic knowledge is a significant advantage for career development.
- Technical Skills: Good computer proficiency and ability to calculate power requirements and service batteries.
- Location: Candidates must be Local (Inside Kuwait) with a valid Transferable Visa (Article 18).

المهام الوظيفية والمسؤوليات الفنية
- التركيب والصيانة: تركيب وصيانة الدوائر الكهربائية والأجهزة وأنظمة التحكم بـ احترافية تامة لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية للمرافق.
- فحص المعدات: مراقبة أداء المولدات، المحركات، والمحولات الكهربائية، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة وفق المعايير الفنية العالمية.
- التشخيص والأعطال: قراءة المخططات الكهربائية وإصلاح أعطال لوحات التوزيع (Switchgear) واستبدال المكونات التالفة بدقة عالية.
- الصيانة الوقائية: إجراء فحص دوري لكافة التوصيلات الكهربائية لضمان سلامة المبنى والالتزام ببروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
الشروط والمؤهلات الأساسية
- المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم ITI أو دبلوم هندسة كهربائية أو ما يعادلها من شهادات فنية.
- الخبرة المطلوبة: ما بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المباشرة في المعدات الكهروميكانيكية (المضخات والضواغط).
- اللغات: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية لتعزيز التطوير الوظيفي.
- حالة الإقامة: التوظيف محلي فقط لمن لديهم إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت.
