Urgently Hiring: Project Manager – Catering Services in Kuwait | FMSC General Trading & Contracting
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Rig Site Management: Overseeing all catering and camp operations at remote rig locations. You will coordinate directly with Rig Managers, HSE Officers, and client representatives to ensure smooth daily operations and high food quality standards. This role requires maintaining strict HSE compliance and hygiene safety protocols.
- Resource & Cost Control: Managing manpower scheduling, attendance, and workforce productivity. You will be responsible for food cost control, inventory management, and wastage reduction. Managing budgets and procurement of supplies is essential to maintain high operational efficiency without service interruptions.
- Logistics & Documentation: Handling gate pass processing and site access coordination for employees and suppliers. Maintaining detailed reports, including performance reports, monthly cost analysis, and operational documentation to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
Requirements & Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering project management, specifically in rig or oilfield sites.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse service, kitchen, and housekeeping teams.
- Proven professional record in food cost control and inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwait rig site operations and gate pass procedures is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple remote locations under pressure.

المسؤوليات والمهام الوظيفية
- إدارة مواقع الحفر: الإشراف الكامل على عمليات التموين والإعاشة في المواقع النفطية، والتنسيق المباشر مع مديري الحفر ومسؤولي السلامة (HSE) لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية. يتطلب الدور الالتزام التام بـ المعايير الفنية للجودة والنظافة وضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم وجبات مطابقة للمواصفات العالمية.
- الرقابة المالية والموارد: إدارة القوى العاملة، وجدولة الورديات، ومراقبة الإنتاجية. يتولى المدير مسؤولية ضبط تكلفة الطعام (Food Cost)، وإدارة المخزون، وتقليل الهدر، وضمان استمرارية التوريدات لضمان تحقيق الاستقرار المالي للمشروع.
- التنسيق اللوجستي: إدارة إجراءات تصاريح الدخول (Gate Pass) للموظفين والموردين إلى المواقع النفطية. إعداد التقارير الشهرية، وتحليل التكاليف، وإدارة الفواتير، لضمان سير العمل وفقاً لـ أخلاقيات العمل المتبعة في الشركة.
الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع التغذية، ويفضل في مواقع الحفر أو الحقول النفطية.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق المطبخ، النظافة، والخدمات اللوجستية بـ احترافية تامة.
- إلمام تام بإجراءات المواقع النفطية في الكويت وعمليات إدارة المخازن.
- امتلاك سجل مهني حافل في حل المشكلات والعمل تحت ضغط في مواقع بعيدة.
- إجادة مهارات التواصل والقدرة على إعداد التقارير الإدارية والمالية بـ دقة فنية عالية.
