- Central A.C Main Technicians (2 Vacancies): We are looking for experts in Central Air Conditioning systems with strong professional experiences in troubleshooting and repairing large-scale cooling units. Knowledge of Chillers and Mini Split units is highly preferred. The role involves ensuring maximum operational efficiency and performing high-quality maintenance engineering for residential and commercial projects.
- Cold Room Main Technicians (2 Vacancies): This position requires intensive experience in Cold Room systems, including the installation and maintenance of compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Applicants must demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in industrial refrigeration to maintain cold chain integrity, ensuring all systems meet international safety protocols.
- Workshop Main Technicians (3 Vacancies): Based in our specialized facility, you will handle repairs for Mini Splits, Cassette units, and Floor Standing A/C. The role also includes refrigerator servicing and general HVAC troubleshooting. We provide professional transportation allowances and a path for career development within our industrial workshop in Sulabiya.

- Candidates must possess a valid Transferable Visa (Article 18) for immediate processing.
- Proven technical experience in the specific field of HVAC or industrial refrigeration.

التخصصات الفنية المطلوبة
- فني رئيسي تكييف مركزي (شاغرين): نبحث عن فنيين ذوي خبرات احترافية في صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف المركزي. يفضل من لديه دراية بأنظمة الشيلرات (Chillers) والوحدات المنفصلة. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارة عالية في تشخيص الأعطال وضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية للمعدات مع الالتزام التام بـ المعايير الفنية العالمية.
- فني رئيسي غرف تبريد (شاغرين): تتطلب هذه الوظيفة خبرة قوية في تركيب وصيانة غرف التبريد الصناعية، مع معرفة عميقة بالضواغط والمكثفات والمبخرات. نحن نستهدف الفنيين القادرين على تقديم حلول هندسة صيانة متكاملة وضمان سلامة أنظمة التبريد وفقاً لـ أخلاقيات العمل والجودة.
- فني رئيسي ورشة صيانة (3 شواغر): العمل داخل ورش الشركة لصيانة وحدات التكييف (كاسيت، أرضي، سبليت) بالإضافة إلى صيانة الثلاجات المنزلية والتجارية. نوفر لهذه الوظيفة بدلات انتقال من مناطق محددة، مع فرص حقيقية لـ التطوير الوظيفي والزيادات السنوية بناءً على الأداء.
الشروط والأحكام الوظيفية
- يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) كشرط أساسي للتوظيف.
- خبرة عملية موثقة في نفس المجال مع القدرة على إنجاز مهام الصيانة الطارئة بدقة.
- الراتب يتم تحديده خلال المقابلة الشخصية بناءً على الخبرة المهنية والكفاءة.
- الشركة توفر وسيلة انتقال من مناطق مختارة داخل الكويت (السكن غير متوفر).
