The Planning Engineer will be a core part of the project management office, ensuring that critical Oil & Gas infrastructure is delivered on time. Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated planning experience.
• Mastery of Primavera P6 and MS Project is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven professional experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects within Kuwait.
• Fluency in English; KOC approval/certification is highly preferred.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد وتحديث الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع باستخدام برمجيات التخطيط المتقدمة.
• متابعة سير العمل بدقة وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة حول نسب الإنجاز.
• التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفقاً للمخطط الزمني المعتمد وتفادي المعوقات.
• تحليل المسار الحرج للمشاريع وتقديم الحلول التقنية لتسريع وتيرة التنفيذ.

الشروط والمهارات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التخطيط.
• إتقان تام واحترافي لبرامج Primavera P6 و MS Project.
• خبرة سابقة في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو مشاريع المقاولات الكبرى داخل الكويت.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل بشدة توفر اعتماد شركة نفط الكويت (KOC).
