- Complete oversight of catering operations at multiple oil field sites, ensuring operational excellence.
- Manpower management, including shift scheduling and supervising industrial kitchen and laundry productivity.
- Strategic cost control and inventory management to ensure budget compliance without compromising quality.
- Managing security logistics and Gate Passes for seamless vendor and staff movement across Kuwaiti oil sectors.
- Coordinating with HSE officers to maintain occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in catering project management (Oil & Gas experience highly preferred).

- تطبيق رقابة صارمة على تكاليف الأغذية وإدارة المخزون لضمان الالتزام بالميزانية.
- إدارة تصاريح الدخول (Gate Passes) والتنسيق الأمني لضمان وصول الموردين والموظفين.
- التنسيق الدائم مع مسؤولي الصحة والسلامة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وفقاً لمعايير تأمين المواقع.
المتطلبات والشروط الواجب توافرها
نحن نبحث عن كفاءات تمتلك مهارة إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على العمل في بيئات صناعية ضخمة.
- الخبرة العملية: خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع التموين (يفضل بشدة خبرة الحقول النفطية).
- المعرفة الفنية: دراية تامة بإجراءات التصاريح الأمنية واللوائح التنظيمية في دولة الكويت.
- المهارات القيادية: قدرة استثنائية على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مواقع في آن واحد.
- التواصل الاحترافي: نهج استراتيجي في حل المشكلات التشغيلية ومهارات تفاوض عالية.
