1- Licensed Aircraft Engineer B2
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform routine/ non routine Aircraft maintenance tasks as per his authorization scope issued by the company including but not limited to trouble shooting, components removal/ installation, servicing, systems& structural assessment/ repair, AD’s/ SB’s review &compliance etc.
- Advice Shift Leader / Maintenance Manager of any defects found or suspected on aircraft, engines or accessory that may compromise safety and raise the related document to Compliance Monitoring Department.
- Ensure documentation and its certification is completed in a timely manner and to the defined procedures to meet Company requirements.
- Ensure that replacement parts and components are of an approved type, correctly certified and released and are physically inspected prior to fitment to aircraft or component. Ensure that removed components are correctly handled, labelled, blanked, and packed as per ESDS requirements etc.
- Review Technical log sheets, work packs and other relevant information for evidence of repetitive defects or non-positive maintenance actions following reported defects or rectification and ensure positive defect action has been implemented in a timely manner.
- Support J9 MCC and give technical advice to the crew at base or remote location for rapid recovery of aircraft into service and keeping Management updated.
- Lead the check and any special inspection by ensuring that required tooling and spares are made available and ensure that sufficient resources are available to accomplish that.
- Coordinate with the various other workshops to ensure that all the maintenance is accomplished in timely and acceptable manner.
- Ensure that individual Aircraft Licenses and Authorizations remain valid at all times and report to Compliance Monitoring Department for renewal.
- Carry out flying duties and AOG recovery as per requirement.
2- Safety Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the company’s safety reporting system, including occurrence reporting, complies with the applicable regulatory requirement.
- Conduct risk analysis and management, and monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks as outlined in the safety action plan.
- Provide required Safety Data for Operational Management Committee (OMC) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.
- Provide appropriate safety data for Investigation of Incidents, as and when required.
- Prepare Monthly Safety Report.
- Prepare Safety Circulars, Bulletins as and when required.
3- Assistant Manager - Core Ancillary Products
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue streams by tracking market trends, benchmarking competitor offers, and exploring unique service innovations.
- Conceptualize and implement new products and services to drive revenue growth. Lead the integration of these products across all sales channels.
- Own the product lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end process from concept to go-live. Plan, execute, and oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure product quality and performance across all platforms.
- Continuously refine product content (offerings, terms & conditions) and optimize fee structures based on market competition and customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze the attach rate of ancillary products with air-ticket sales on a daily and monthly basis. Devise strategies to increase attachment rates across different routes and customer segments.
- Organize marketing and promotional campaigns for ancillary products targeting consumers, trade partners, contact center teams, and airport staff.
- Collaborate with the in-house configuration team to manage settings and updates for ancillary products.
- Lead project management efforts for ancillary product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and providing comprehensive product documentation for stakeholders.
4- Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Social Media Strategy: Lead Jazeera Airways' social media strategy, ensuring our brand voice soars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Snapchat, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Content Calendar Creation: Build a vibrant, engaging content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, helps grow our fan base, and gets people talking.

5- Ground Operations Accountant – KSA
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and sign all invoices/payment requests made on behalf of Ground Operations after taking necessary approvals.
- Liaison with the Stations in KSA for providing administrative support.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and invoices.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Prepare a regular financial review and analysis report of all financial activities in KSA.
- Coordinate with KSA stations for contracts, petty cash, duty trip, suppliers and other payments for invoices precision before signing, obtaining necessary approval and submitting to Finance Department in Head Office.
- Maintain a log for all operational activities with financial costing and revenues.
- Coordinate with Finance Department in Head Office for all accounting discrepancies/irregularities.
- Ensure that all stations are periodically updated with an accurate and up-to-date spending log.
- Supervise all Ground Handling Agent’s and cargo handling activities in land and airside as and when required at Jeddah Airport.
6- AOG Desk Controller
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible with the acquisition of all material requirements for aircraft on ground and critical requirements for defects. To expedited and deliver the parts at the required destination in the shortest time possible as per set quality standards.
- Coordinate the movement of materials and parts through effective liaison with the suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines, MROs, and couriers.
- Maintain and track all progress updates on the computer records and keep a clear chronological of events of the AOG material requirements.
- Attend Fleet Status meetings and update as needed and ensure that departmental procedures are followed.
- Provide a monthly and annual report of AOG material requirements to the Materials Manager, Reliability Engineer, and VP of Engineering.
- Maintain tracking of loan, borrow and robbed parts. Make sure to return all loaned units and deliver the core unit to the supplier on the stipulated time.
- Monitor and make sure all unused materials and equipment used for AOG at outstations are returned as soon as possible.
- Coordinate and monitor all materials shipped directly to an outstation for AOG recovery received in the ERP system.
7- Compliance Monitoring Engineer (Airworthiness Review Staff)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics, industrial, or other studies relevant to the aviation.
- Has at least 05 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 02 years should be in aeronautical industry in appropriate position;
- Has knowledge of Kuwait DGCA / EASA regulations and requirements, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, Annexes and relevant documents, and IOSA ISARPS.
- Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- Knowledge of a relevant sample of aircraft type(s) /component(s) maintained, demonstrated by training course, or by an assessment performed by the competent authority;
- Auditing techniques training and root cause analysis methodologies training.
- Inter-personal, communications and managerial skill with an ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Basic knowledge of incident/accident investigation.
- Attended Safety Management System (SMS), Human factors (HF), AVSEC trainings.
- Knowledge of MS Office.

الوظائف المطلوبة في طيران الجزيرة وتفاصيلها:
1- مهندس طائرات مرخص B2
المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- أداء مهام صيانة الطائرات الروتينية / غير الروتينية وفقًا لنطاق الترخيص الصادر له من الشركة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وإزالة المكونات / التثبيت والصيانة وتقييم الأنظمة والهياكل / الإصلاح ومراجعة AD / SB والامتثال وما إلى ذلك.
- إبلاغ رئيس المناوبة / مدير الصيانة بأي عيوب يتم العثور عليها أو الاشتباه بها في الطائرات أو المحركات أو الملحقات والتي قد تعرض السلامة للخطر ورفع الوثيقة ذات الصلة إلى قسم مراقبة الامتثال.
- ضمان استكمال عملية التوثيق وإصدار الشهادات الخاصة بها في الوقت المناسب ووفق الإجراءات المحددة لتلبية متطلبات الشركة.
- تأكد من أن قطع الغيار والمكونات من النوع المعتمد والمعتمد والمفرج عنه بشكل صحيح ويتم فحصها فعليًا قبل تركيبها على الطائرة أو المكون. تأكد من التعامل مع المكونات التي تمت إزالتها ووضع العلامات عليها وتغليفها وتعبئتها بشكل صحيح وفقًا لمتطلبات ESDS وما إلى ذلك.

- دعم J9 MCC وتقديم المشورة الفنية لطاقم القاعدة أو الموقع البعيد لاستعادة الطائرات بسرعة إلى الخدمة وإبقاء الإدارة محدثة.
- قيادة الفحص وأي تفتيش خاص من خلال التأكد من توفر الأدوات وقطع الغيار المطلوبة والتأكد من توفر الموارد الكافية لإنجاز ذلك.
- التنسيق مع مختلف الورش الأخرى للتأكد من إنجاز كافة أعمال الصيانة في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مقبولة.
- التأكد من أن تراخيص وتصاريح الطائرات الفردية تظل صالحة في جميع الأوقات والإبلاغ إلى إدارة مراقبة الامتثال للتجديد.
- تنفيذ واجبات الطيران واستعادة AOG حسب المتطلبات.
2- مهندس السلامة
المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- تأكد من أن نظام إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالسلامة في الشركة، بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير عن الأحداث، يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها.
- إجراء تحليل المخاطر وإدارتها، ومراقبة تنفيذ الإجراءات المتخذة للتخفيف من المخاطر كما هو موضح في خطة عمل السلامة.
- توفير بيانات السلامة المطلوبة لاجتماعات لجنة إدارة العمليات (OMC) ومجموعة عمل السلامة (SAG).

المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- المسؤول عن اقتناء جميع متطلبات المواد للطائرات على الأرض والمتطلبات الحرجة للعيوب. لتسريع وتسليم الأجزاء إلى الوجهة المطلوبة في أقصر وقت ممكن وفقًا لمعايير الجودة المحددة.
- تنسيق حركة المواد والأجزاء من خلال الاتصال الفعال مع الموردين وشركات الشحن وشركات الطيران وشركات الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل وشركات التوصيل.
- صيانة وتتبع جميع تحديثات التقدم على سجلات الكمبيوتر والحفاظ على تسلسل زمني واضح لأحداث متطلبات المواد AOG.
- حضور اجتماعات حالة الأسطول وتحديثها حسب الحاجة والتأكد من اتباع الإجراءات الإدارية.
- تقديم تقرير شهري وسنوي لمتطلبات مواد AOG إلى مدير المواد ومهندس الموثوقية ونائب رئيس الهندسة.
- حافظ على تتبع قطع الغيار المستعارة والمسروقة. تأكد من إعادة جميع الوحدات المستعارة وتسليم الوحدة الأساسية إلى المورد في الموعد المحدد.
- مراقبة والتأكد من إرجاع جميع المواد والمعدات غير المستخدمة المستخدمة في AOG في المحطات الخارجية في أقرب وقت ممكن.
- تنسيق ومراقبة جميع المواد التي يتم شحنها مباشرة إلى محطة خارجية لاستعادتها من AOG المستلمة في نظام ERP.
7- مهندس مراقبة الامتثال (موظف مراجعة الجدارة الجوية)
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من تخصصات الطيران، أو الميكانيكا، أو الكهرباء، أو الإلكترونيات، أو الطيران، أو الصناعة، أو غيرها من الدراسات ذات الصلة بالطيران.
- لديه ما لا يقل عن 05 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة، منها 02 سنة على الأقل في صناعة الطيران في منصب مناسب؛
- لديه معرفة بلوائح ومتطلبات المديرية العامة للطيران المدني الكويتية / وكالة سلامة الطيران الأوروبية، ومعايير منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي والممارسات الموصى بها والملاحق والوثائق ذات الصلة، والمعايير الدولية لتدقيق السلامة الجوية (IOSA ISARPS).
- الخبرة العملية والتخصصية في تطبيق معايير سلامة الطيران وممارسات التشغيل الآمن.
- معرفة عينة ذات صلة بأنواع الطائرات/المكونات التي يتم صيانتها، والتي تم إثباتها من خلال دورة تدريبية، أو من خلال تقييم أجرته السلطة المختصة؛
- التدريب على تقنيات التدقيق والتدريب على منهجيات تحليل السبب الجذري.
- مهارات التعامل الشخصي والتواصل والإدارة مع القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال على كافة مستويات المنظمة.
- المعرفة الأساسية بالتحقيق في الحوادث/الحوادث.
