Description
Section II: ROLE PURPOSE
To prepare and draft the contracts, addendums, NDA and all stc agreements, Maintain contracts tracker and status for all signed and ongoing contracts, negotiate with user/legal/finance/procurement teams and suppliers in alignment with stc unified contract terms and conditions.

Core Responsibilities
- Preparation of all contracts in accordance with stc unified contracts and forms.
- Prepare, publish and maintain contract tracker and status reports of all contracts including the daily reports as necessary.
- Liaise with the procurement counter parts to track any new purchase orders issued and prepare the contracts in coordination with supplier & users.
- Keep track of all the existing contracts, their expiry and ensure renewal of the contracts on time.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to sign contracts as per unified contracts format and terms and minimize the non-standard contracts approvals.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate for favorable conditions to stc as per unified templates and reduce the exception approval requests.
- Communicate and handle suppliers request and concerns in timely manner.
- Ensure required and necessary approvals are obtained before any change request can be reflected in contract.
- Participate and contribute to improvement of overall contracts function and implementation or enhancing the contracting system
- Maintain executive and management reporting for the contracting function.
- Coordinate with Legal, finance, procurement, user and suppliers for finalization and approval of contract to ensure contracts completion within agreed timelines.
- Responsible for archiving and arrangement of correspondence, relevant documentation and reports in shared folders for contracting users.
- Securing and maintaining custody of the signed copies of contracts.
- Identify the potential opportunities for signing master purchase contracts/agreements thereby to reduce the number of contracts signed with same supplier.
- Adherence to SLAs and KPIs of contracts function at all times and reports any violations to contact immediately to management.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
- إعداد كافة العقود وفق نماذج وعقود stc الموحدة.
-إعداد ونشر وصيانة تعقب العقود وتقارير الحالة لجميع العقود بما في ذلك التقارير اليومية حسب الاقتضاء.
- الاتصال بأجزاء عداد المشتريات لتتبع أي أوامر شراء جديدة صادرة وإعداد العقود بالتنسيق مع الموردين والمستخدمين.
- تتبع جميع العقود القائمة وانتهاء صلاحيتها والتأكد من تجديد العقود في الوقت المحدد.
- التواصل والتفاوض مع الموردين لتوقيع العقود وفقًا لشكل وشروط العقود الموحدة وتقليل موافقات العقود غير القياسية.
- الاتصال بالموردين والتفاوض للحصول على شروط مواتية لشركة stc وفقًا للقوالب الموحدة وتقليل طلبات الموافقة على الاستثناءات.
- التواصل والتعامل مع طلبات الموردين ومخاوفهم في الوقت المناسب.
- التأكد من الحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة والضرورية قبل أن ينعكس أي طلب تغيير في العقد.
- المشاركة والمساهمة في تحسين الوظيفة العامة للعقود وتنفيذ أو تعزيز نظام التعاقد
- الحفاظ على التقارير التنفيذية والإدارية لوظيفة التعاقد.
-التنسيق مع الشؤون القانونية والتمويل والمشتريات والمستخدمين والموردين لوضع اللمسات الأخيرة على العقد والموافقة عليه لضمان إتمام العقود ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.
- مسؤول عن أرشفة وترتيب المراسلات والوثائق والتقارير ذات الصلة في مجلدات مشتركة للمستخدمين المتعاقدين.
- تأمين وحفظ نسخ العقود الموقعة.
- تحديد الفرص المحتملة لتوقيع عقود / اتفاقيات شراء رئيسية وبالتالي تقليل عدد العقود الموقعة مع نفس المورد.
- يعمل الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للعقود في جميع الأوقات والإبلاغ عن أي انتهاكات للاتصال على الفور بالإدارة.
