Job Overview
The selected engineer will be responsible for implementing quality control systems across production stages, managing QC teams, and ensuring high standards in electrical equipment manufacturing such as switchgear and transformers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement stage-wise manufacturing quality plans
- Develop and maintain QC checklists
- Manage QC team (foremen & technicians)
- Coordinate with QA for final testing procedures
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Handle multiple work orders and production schedules
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
This role requires strong expertise in electrical engineering, industrial production systems, and quality control management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Experience in switchgear industry preferred
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
