Hiring: Sales Assistant Supervisor

Job Overview:

As a Sales Assistant Supervisor, you will ensure smooth operations across both sides of the store, managing website updates, POS systems, stock accuracy, and supporting daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Systems

• Ensure both store websites and POS systems are consistently updated and monitored
• Upload products to both Mono-Brand and Multi-Brand websites
• Verify synchronization between websites and POS (stock & pricing accuracy must always match)
• Double-check stock quantities and product details before and after uploads
• Coordinate and organize item deliveries
• Work closely with on-site staff to maintain operational efficiency
• Support sales activities on the shop floor (includes Sales Assistant duties)

Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate with the owner to create and upload engaging content for each brand’s social media platforms
• Assist in managing and growing individual brand pages
• Brainstorm innovative ideas with the owner to increase brand visibility and social media engagement

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Previous experience in marketing and management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in a professional work environment
• Bonus: Previous experience in jewellery retail
• Philippine nationality

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: 300 KD
• Performance-based bonuses (to be discussed)
• 48 hours per week
• 1 day off per week

المهام الوظيفية:

العمليات والأنظمة:

• ضمان تحديث ومراقبة مواقع المتجر ونظام نقاط البيع (POS) باستمرار
• رفع المنتجات على مواقع العلامة التجارية الواحدة والمتعددة
• التأكد من التزام التزامن بين المواقع ونظام POS (دقة المخزون والأسعار)
• التحقق من كميات المخزون وتفاصيل المنتجات قبل وبعد الرفع
• تنسيق وتنظيم تسليم المنتجات
• العمل عن كثب مع الموظفين لضمان كفاءة العمليات
• دعم أنشطة المبيعات على أرض المتجر (يشمل مهام مساعد المبيعات)

التسويق والنمو:

• التعاون مع صاحب المتجر لإنشاء محتوى جذاب ورفعه على منصات التواصل لكل علامة تجارية
• المساعدة في إدارة صفحات العلامات التجارية وتنميتها
• ابتكار أفكار جديدة مع صاحب المتجر لزيادة رؤية العلامة التجارية والتفاعل على وسائل التواصل

المتطلبات:

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة قوية)
• خبرة سابقة في التسويق والإدارة
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة تجزئة سريعة الحركة
• خبرة في بيئة عمل احترافية
• ميزة إضافية: خبرة سابقة في بيع المجوهرات
• جنسية فلبينية
