- Lead full end-to-end store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inbound and outbound processes
- Coordinate all activities related to receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders
- Ensure real-time operational excellence by supervising store teams, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining cost efficiency
- Drive store replenishment by accurately assessing physical inventory and collaborating with demand planners to prevent OOS (Out of Stock) or OVS (Overstocked SKUs)
- Optimize picker productivity by implementing multi-tasking roles to increase UTR (Units to Rider)
- Oversee routine maintenance, store hygiene, and in-store technology tools to ensure seamless workflow
- Maintain accurate records for inventory levels, asset usage, and order cycle times
