Job Description
- Provide BIM Modelling/CAD drafting and engineering support.
- Coordinate and manage Revit models.
- Create Revit families and CAD blocks.
- Ensure compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans.
- Review models to ensure an accurate interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Modelling equipment/components from manufacturer cut sheets.
Qualifications
- Proficient Revit & AutoCAD experience.
- Knowledgeable understanding of Electrical/HVAC/PL&FF Systems.
- Familiarity with MEP Coordination process & Navies works.
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion, set priorities and manage competing demands.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines.

- تنسيق وإدارة نماذج Revit.
- إنشاء عائلات Revit وكتل CAD.
- ضمان الامتثال لتنفيذ BIM المعتمد وخطط نطاق BIM.
- مراجعة النماذج لضمان التفسير الدقيق للرسومات الهندسية.
- معدات/مكونات النمذجة من صفائح قطع الشركة المصنعة.
مؤهلات
- خبرة جيدة بالريفيت والأوتوكاد.
- فهم واسع النطاق للأنظمة الكهربائية / HVAC / PL&FF.
- الإلمام بعملية التنسيق MEP وأعمال القوات البحرية.
- القدرة على ممارسة الحكم والتقدير وتحديد الأولويات وإدارة المتطلبات المتنافسة.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
