Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless communication between front and back of house teams.
Qualifications
Supervisory skills and experience
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service
Excellent communication skills
Experience in food and beverage industry
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience working in a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
