Shipping Operations Executive
Job Description
- Assist operations team in daily activities involving vessel operations.
- Handle proforma DA enquiries and questions regarding rules, regulations, and tariffs at Kuwait & Iraq ports.
- Handle supplier invoices and liaise on any requirements related to the job invoicing.
- Handle all husbandry matters such as crew changes, spare parts logistics, landed cargo and provisions supply, and ensure on-time delivery of all the services.
- Closely liaise with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.
- Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)
Job requirements
- Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in shipping
- Knowledge of tanker/terminal operations
- BA Degree (preferable), High School graduate (minimum)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills

- - الاتصال الوثيق مع سلطات الموانئ وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان عمليات السفن بسلاسة.

متطلبات العمل
- تأشيرة الكويت المادة 18 صالحة
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في مجال الشحن
- المعرفة بعمليات الناقلة/المحطة
- درجة البكالوريوس (المفضل)، خريج المدرسة الثانوية (الحد الأدنى)
- معرفة عملية ببرنامج MS Office
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية
