Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser at Mawada located in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day merchandising activities, including inventory control, product selection, pricing, and promotions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives. The Senior Merchandiser will also monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and retail experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in merchandising and product selection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

وصف الدور
هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لأحد كبار التجار في شركة مودة الواقعة في منطقة العاصمة بمدينة الكويت. سيكون كبير التجار مسؤولاً عن إدارة أنشطة التجارة اليومية، بما في ذلك مراقبة المخزون واختيار المنتج والتسعير والعروض الترويجية. سيتعاونون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الترويج لزيادة المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف العمل. سيقوم كبير التجار أيضًا بمراقبة اتجاهات السوق وتفضيلات العملاء وأنشطة المنافسين لتحديد فرص النمو وتحسين الأداء العام.
