Wireline Field Supervisor

Our team partners with cross-functional teams on inland or offshore rigs to add value to oil well extractions and provide support to the success of our field operations.
As a Field Supervisor Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completion services.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
- Advising the Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
- Maintaining records and communications as required by the district manager.
- Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in incompletions operations and maintenance.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in Wireline Completions.
- Have previous experience with Baker Hughes tools (a must).
- Have a seismic background (optional).
- Be able to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.
- Have the ability to work and communicate well with internal and external customers.

بصفتك مهندس مشرف الحقول، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- الإشراف على الطاقم والمعدات في موقع البئر وفي الورشة لتقديم خدمات تسجيل وإكمال محددة.
- تقديم سجل بجميع التجميعات التي تم تشغيلها إلى ممثل العميل في موقع البئر.
- تقديم المشورة لممثل العميل في عمليات التسجيل والإكمال؛ تفسير بيانات التسجيل، حل المشكلات، وعمليات التحليل واتخاذ القرار الأخرى في موقع البئر.
- الحفاظ على السجلات والاتصالات كما هو مطلوب من قبل مدير المنطقة.
- المساعدة في تدريب الموظفين المعينين في عمليات الإكمال والصيانة.
- تمتلك درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة أو العلوم التطبيقية.
- لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إكمال الأسلاك.
- لديك خبرة سابقة مع أدوات بيكر هيوز (شرط أساسي).
- لديك خلفية زلزالية (اختياري).
- تكون قادرًا على تحديد المنتج والخدمة المناسبة للتطبيقات البسيطة والمعقدة.
- تمتلك القدرة على العمل والتواصل بشكل جيد مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
