Payroll Coordinator Opportunity - Join Our HR Team!
We are seeking an experienced and organized Payroll Coordinator to handle payroll operations efficiently in our HR department. If you’re passionate about ensuring accuracy and compliance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees monthly.
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leave balances, and tax documents.
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
- Reconcile discrepancies and address payroll inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports for management and audits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accuracy.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll best practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Must have a Regular Visa 18.
- Local candidates residing in Kuwait only.

- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل وأفضل ممارسات الرواتب.
- دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة استخدام MS Excel وبرامج الرواتب الأخرى.
- يجب أن يكون لديك تأشيرة عمل عادية (18).
