Project Engineer II
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
- Ensure the Honeywell Engineering productivity tools are used/applied across the different disciplines
- Produces part(s) of functional design specifications under supervision.
- Produces (parts of) detailed design specifications.
- Executes work assignment to appropriate standards and quality systems (Implementation, Test & Documentation)
- Coaches and supports assigned engineer(s) to ensure that they are able to meet the requirements of their work.
- Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.
- Effectively communicates with customers to fully define and agree project requirements.
- Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group
- Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines
- Reports progress and technical problems and/or changes to project lead engineer or principal engineer.
- Responsible for technical scope of assigned (special) designs and functions.
- Domestic Travel to various sites (including Off-shores) within Kuwait shall be Full-time.
- International Travel will be > 25% (Site Visits Including Off-shore assignments).

Senior Field Sales Engineer
Key Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

- يقوم بتدريب ودعم المهندسين المعينين للتأكد من قدرتهم على تلبية متطلبات عملهم.
- يقوم بمراقبة وضبط نطاق العمل المخصص وفقًا لخطة المشروع.
- يتواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء لتحديد متطلبات المشروع والموافقة عليها بالكامل.
- يوصي بشكل استباقي بالتحسينات المحتملة للجودة والكفاءة داخل مجموعة الهندسة
- يشارك المعرفة الفنية مع فريق المشروع والمشرف والتخصص الخاص به والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى
- إبلاغ التقدم والمشكلات الفنية و/أو التغييرات إلى مهندس المشروع الرئيسي أو المهندس الرئيسي.
- المسؤول عن النطاق الفني للتصاميم والوظائف المخصصة (الخاصة).
- يجب أن تكون السفرات الداخلية إلى مواقع مختلفة (بما في ذلك المواقع الخارجية) داخل الكويت بدوام كامل.
- ستكون السفر الدولي > 25٪ (زيارات الموقع بما في ذلك المهام الخارجية).
