Hiring Now: Behavior Analyst for SY 2025-2026
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team for the upcoming school year. The Behavior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges, conducting assessments, and developing effective intervention plans. If you are passionate about helping students succeed and have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide ABA services to students with behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective interventions.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing training on evidence-based strategies.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and contribute to IEP development.
- Support students during transitions between educational settings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a Master’s degree with ABA certification (preferred).
- Certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (preferred).
- At least three years of experience as a Behavior Specialist or in an equivalent role.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.

مطلوب محلل سلوك للعام الدراسي 2025-2026
نحن نبحث عن محلل سلوك ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في العام الدراسي المقبل. سيكون لمحلل السلوك دور أساسي في دعم الطلاب الذين يواجهون تحديات سلوكية، من خلال إجراء التقييمات وتطوير خطط التدخل الفعّالة. إذا كنت شغوفًا بمساعدة الطلاب على النجاح ولديك خلفية في التحليل السلوكي التطبيقي، نود سماع منك!
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء التقييمات السلوكية وتطوير خطط التدخل السلوكي.
- تقديم خدمات ABA للطلاب الذين يواجهون تحديات سلوكية.
- التعاون مع المعلمين، وأولياء الأمور، والموظفين لضمان تنفيذ التدخلات الفعّالة.
- متابعة تقدم الطلاب وتقديم التدريب المستمر على استراتيجيات قائمة على الأدلة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات المدرسة والمساهمة في تطوير خطط IEP.
- دعم الطلاب خلال انتقالاتهم بين البيئات التعليمية المختلفة.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة النفسية أو الإرشاد أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير في التحليل السلوكي التطبيقي (ABA) أو درجة ماجستير مع شهادة في ABA (مفضل).
- شهادة من مجلس اعتماد التحليل السلوكي (مفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات كمختص سلوك أو في دور مكافئ.
- خبرة في العمل مع الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
