WE ARE HIRING
PEOPLE & CULTURE OFFICER
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or any related fields.
- 2-3 years' experience in hospitality or human resources work.
- Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Strong in driving results and people management and development.
WAITRESS/ WAITER
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Standards of Performance.
- To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and supervisor.
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- To provide high standard of quality and efficient / friendly service as per Standard Operational Procedures.
- To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
SPA ATTENDANT (FEMALE)
- Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
- Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Maintain the spa’s ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation.
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

- توفير خدمة مهذبة، ومهنية، وفعالة ومرنة في جميع الأوقات، وفقًا لمعايير الأداء.
- أن يكون مرنًا تمامًا وقابلًا للتكيف مع التدوير داخل الأقسام الفرعية المختلفة لقسم الأطعمة والمشروبات أو أي قسم آخر في الفندق حسب التعيين.
- القيام بأي واجبات ومسؤوليات أخرى معقولة حسب التكليف.
- القيام بأي مهام معقولة وواجبات ثانوية يتم تكليفها من قبل مساعد المدير والمشرف.
- تنفيذ إجراءات الفتح والإغلاق المقررة لمكان العمل حسب التكليف.
- أن يكون لديك فهم ومعرفة شاملة لجميع عناصر الأطعمة والمشروبات في القائمة والقدرة على التوصية بمجموعات الأطعمة والمشروبات وبيع البدائل.
- توفير مستوى عال من الجودة والخدمة الفعالة / الودية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
