Technical Abilities:

• Expert understanding of ethernet technology
• Experience in Linux operating system
• Must be able to design and maintain carrier networks
• Must be able to configure and troubleshot mobile services
• Must have experience in service provider environment
• Must have a thorough understanding of the security landscape (vulnerabilities threats and mitigations)
• Must be able to do network performance analysis and diagnosis
• Must be able to configure security appliances like firewalls

Core Engineer 

Objective of Position

•  Responsible for Operation and maintenance of a high-quality service of core networks (IMS, MSC, BSC, LTE, RNC, MGW, HSS, SoftX3000, UA5000, MSAN, UMG8900, SG7000, SBC2600, IGwB, Management systems, IMS, International Gateway, etc.) for voice and data services, always ensuring high performance on all systems to meet customer satisfaction targets. 
• Lead the team in Core network operations, planning and review/modernizing the network 
• Provide effective technical support to SV Core Engineers, assistant engineers and technicians. 
• Continually provide quality improvements within the voice & data units’ core operations. 
• To guide operational strategies affecting the network 

XSIAM Engineer 

Responsibilities -

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Cortex XSIAM for security operations
• Work with EDR tools and SIEM solutions for real-time threat detection
• Troubleshoot XSIAM playbooks, data ingestion, and automation workflows
• Debug complex networking environments (DNS, IP routing, SSH, HTTP/S)
• Collaborate across SOC, SecOps, and IT teams to enhance security posture

• يجب أن تكون قادرًا على تكوين خدمات الهاتف المحمول واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
• يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في بيئة مقدم الخدمة
• يجب أن يكون لديك فهم شامل لمشهد الأمن (الثغرات الأمنية والتهديدات والتخفيف منها)

مهندس أساسي 

هدف الوظيفة

•  المسؤول عن تشغيل وصيانة خدمة عالية الجودة للشبكات الأساسية (IMS، MSC، BSC، LTE، RNC، MGW، HSS، SoftX3000، UA5000، MSAN، UMG8900، SG7000، SBC2600، IGwB، أنظمة الإدارة، IMS، International Gateway، إلخ.) لخدمات الصوت والبيانات، وضمان الأداء العالي دائمًا على جميع الأنظمة لتلبية أهداف رضا العملاء. 
• قيادة الفريق في عمليات الشبكة الأساسية والتخطيط ومراجعة/تحديث الشبكة 
• توفير الدعم الفني الفعال لمهندسي SV Core والمهندسين المساعدين والفنيين. 
• توفير تحسينات نوعية بشكل مستمر ضمن العمليات الأساسية لوحدات الصوت والبيانات. 
• لتوجيه الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية التي تؤثر على الشبكة 

مهندس XSIAM 

المسؤوليات -

• نشر وتكوين وتحسين Cortex XSIAM لعمليات الأمان
• العمل مع أدوات EDR وحلول SIEM للكشف عن التهديدات في الوقت الفعلي
• استكشاف أخطاء أدلة تشغيل XSIAM، واستيعاب البيانات، وسير العمل الآلي وإصلاحها
• تصحيح أخطاء بيئات الشبكات المعقدة (DNS، وتوجيه IP، وSSH، وHTTP/S)
• التعاون بين فرق SOC وSecOps وتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتعزيز وضع الأمان
