Stock Management Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage investigations related to theft, malpractice, or other incidents caused by staff or third parties, and report findings and recommendations to management.
- Analyze weekly sales reports for all divisions and business models, including offline and online channels.
- Assist in the opening and closing of stores by coordinating with project management and local authorities to provide CCTV layout and installation in new stores. Ensure all security procedures are in place and communicated to staff.
- Conduct cycle counting and accuracy checks for inventory through periodic and ad-hoc analyses. Assess inventory movement, shrinkage, obsolete items, and depleted assets, and take necessary actions to reduce shrinkage.
- Train teams in cycle counting and inventory control procedures.
- Identify and report stock count discrepancies, including shortages, excesses, or defective items received from suppliers to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on the required files issued by the SSC for sale and promotion activities, submit requests for permits (sale, promotions, commercial activities), and subsequently analyze sale periods and promotions performance.
- Approve invoice payments related to loss prevention.
- Manage the issuance and renewal of trade licenses, as well as mall and police permits, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other key areas in the stores with civil defense and municipality guidelines and regulations.
Sales Associate
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests
- Specific for Multimedia: Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products
- Specific for Multimedia: Merchandize products under the appropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release, and as per the Department Manager recommendations
- Specific for Multimedia: Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
- Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required
