A leading real estate company in Kuwait is urgently hiring an Architect (Site/Maintenance) and a Supervisor (Site/Maintenance). If you have strong experience in management and maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of proven experience in Kuwait.
- Strong network of contacts with subcontractors for all civil works (flooring, painting, aluminium, carpentry, insulation, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with clients (tenants).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and 3D Max (for the Architect).
- Ability to prepare detailed and organized site reports.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team leader with the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations.
- Must have a driver's license and a car.
Salary: Will be discussed after the interview.

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- قائد فريق قادر على التكيف مع المواقف عالية الضغط.
- يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة وسيارة.
