Are you a skilled IT professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Help Desk & Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in technical support, system administration, ERP implementation, and IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
- IT Help Desk Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain asset inventory, manage user accounts (Active Directory, email), and provide general technical support.
- Systems & Application Management: Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls), monitor performance, ensure data security, and support HRMS and other enterprise applications.
- ERP Implementation & Support: Assist with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP implementation, troubleshooting, user support, and coordination with vendors for updates and customizations.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or ERP implementation. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and HRMS is essential.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in server administration, networking, and IT security best practices.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- دعم مكتب المساعدة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات: حل مشكلات الأجهزة/البرمجيات، الحفاظ على مخزون الأصول، إدارة حسابات المستخدمين (Active Directory، البريد الإلكتروني)، وتقديم الدعم الفني العام.
- إدارة النظم والتطبيقات: الإشراف على البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات (الخوادم، الشبكات، الجدران النارية)، مراقبة الأداء، ضمان أمان البيانات، ودعم HRMS والتطبيقات المؤسسية الأخرى.
- تنفيذ ودعم ERP: المساعدة في تنفيذ Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP، حل المشكلات، دعم المستخدمين، والتنسيق مع الموردين للتحديثات والتخصيصات.
المتطلبات:
- التعليم والخبرة: درجة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة. 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، إدارة النظم، أو تنفيذ ERP. خبرة في Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP و HRMS أمر ضروري.
- المهارات: مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، التواصل، والمهارات التقنية.
- إتقان إدارة الخوادم، الشبكات، وأفضل ممارسات أمان تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
