Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person, ensuring exceptional service from first contact to follow-up
- Provide detailed, knowledgeable answers about dermatology treatments, cosmetic procedures, pricing, product recommendations, and appointment availability
- Understand and communicate treatment protocols, pre/post-care instructions, and package options
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other departments to ensure accurate scheduling and a seamless patient experience
- Follow up with leads and past clients to encourage return visits and build loyalty
- Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and patient data entry across platforms (CRM, EMR, booking systems)
