Information Technology System Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in an IT support or administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with IT security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Good knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery practices.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تطبيقات الحاسوب، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عمل معادلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور دعم أو إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التشغيل Windows و Linux.
- - المعرفة بتكوينات الشبكة وتقنيات DNS وDHCP وVPN.
- خبرة في بروتوكولات أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات وجدران الحماية وحلول مكافحة الفيروسات.
- القدرة على استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج.
- معرفة جيدة بحلول النسخ الاحتياطي وممارسات التعافي من الكوارث.
- المعرفة بخدمات الحوسبة السحابية (على سبيل المثال، AWS، Azure) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
