Sales Engineer - Fire Protection System
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business sales leads/opportunities in the smoke detection, fire protection, and firefighting system industry.
- Find and maintain prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products.
- Prepare sales technical and commercial proposals (Quotations, estimation & Costing) and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's products in the market.
- Be Customer centric; Generate leads for the new project/opportunities and from the retrofit (existing Facilities) for Fire protection System/Upgrade, KFF license renewal support.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and contracts.
- Target Oriented: Exceeding sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Focussed market segment: Commercial, Existing Facilities and POG (Power, Oil & Gas)
