Service Advisor
Main Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as Service advisor, Technician or Engineer
- Technical experience in diesel engines
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
- Good Communication and coordination skill
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
- Assesses customers’ needs and gathers pertinent information
- Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems

المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة كمستشار خدمة أو فني أو مهندس
- الخبرة الفنية في محركات الديزل
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة إتمام التعليم الثانوي
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- يعمل كنقطة الاتصال الأولى مع العملاء إما عبر الهاتف أو في الفرع، ويعمل على تطوير علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- يقوم بتقييم احتياجات العملاء ويجمع المعلومات ذات الصلة
- إنشاء أوامر العمل الأساسية في الأنظمة المناسبة
