Job Description:
- Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Gather proposals, specifications, and related documents.
- Perform detailed tender reviews, including contractual and commercial terms, and conduct proper risk analysis.
- Prepare accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers.
- Build a database of vendors for future projects.
- Prepare variation estimations and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the project execution team and commercial team for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations, and claims.
- Manage project execution and construction electrical work.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Electrical & ELV construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- MS Office
- AutoCAD
- DIALux
- Circuit Engineering Designs
- MATLAB
- PLC Controllers/Automation
- Renewable Energy Systems
- Battery Energy Storage Systems
- Driver’s license.

وصف الوظيفة:
- تحديد أهداف تقدير التكلفة خلال عملية التصميم والتطوير، وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- جمع العروض والمواصفات والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- إجراء مراجعة تفصيلية للعطاءات، بما في ذلك الشروط التعاقدية والتجارية، وإجراء تحليل مخاطر مناسب.
- إعداد تقديرات تكاليف دقيقة وعروض تجارية تنافسية.
- بناء قاعدة بيانات للبائعين للمشاريع المستقبلية.
- إعداد تقديرات التغيرات وضمان الوثائق المناسبة.
- التنسيق مع فريق تنفيذ المشروع والفريق التجاري لمتابعة التكاليف وإعداد تقديرات الأعمال المتغيرة والتقييمات والمطالبات.
- إدارة تنفيذ المشروع وأعمال الكهرباء الإنشائية.
المؤهلات:
- درجة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الكهرباء و ELV.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية وعرض ممتازة.
- القدرة على تنسيق جميع وظائف العطاء لضمان التنسيق الجيد بين الأقسام الداخلية والموردين / البائعين الخارجيين.
- معرفة ممتازة بـ:
- MS Office
- AutoCAD
- DIALux
- تصميمات الدوائر الهندسية
- MATLAB
- PLC Controllers / Automation
- أنظمة الطاقة المتجددة
- أنظمة تخزين الطاقة باستخدام البطاريات
- رخصة قيادة.
